      You’re most welcome, thanks for watching, I’m glad it was helpful. Most Demi permanent (the only type of hair colour I tone with) colour lines have a designated developer. I would always recommend using what goes with that particular line.

      @@theworldofcraig thank you for the fast response!!!🙏 I am also having a little trouble deciding if I need a level 6 or 7 toner. I have naturally dark brown hair and recently got a balayage and the bottom of my hair is very light but the top is more dark. But overall it’s very yellow/gold which is not too flattering on me. What a beautiful color, and a great video! In Norway most of the colors are numbers. I am wondering what the letters stand for in your mix? N = natural (.0), G = gold (.3). What is B? Brown? Beige? And what is W? Warm? Like .4?

    • @theworldofcraig
      @theworldofcraig 4 дні тому

      Thank you and thanks for watching. Yes, a lot of brands do use numbers globally - Redken was originally a US brand and some use numbers for the tonal value. That’s right - the only one you didn’t get is B = Beige. Tonal values do differ from brand to brand - in my opinion the W in SEQG doesn’t come up as vibrant as .4 in other lines.

Naturally, i am a level 8 (light blonde) but a few months ago I dyed my hair black (and i deeply regret it 😭). I tried using a hair color remover (color oops, it was recommended by a friend). And it took off the black however my hair is now a orangish brownish color. Is it possible for me to go back to my natural color (level 8 light blonde) and if so, how would I go about doing that?

      Hi there, thanks for watching, I’m glad the video was helpful. So that’s a BIG question - and I’m afraid the simple answer is no, as you’ve made it darker, then lightened it exposing warmth, you’ll have to be deeper to “cancel” out what’s been “exposed”. I do go into it in depth in many of my other video here on my channel. Thanks for watching.

      Hi there, that’s great, fab toy have you following along. Hmmm, afraid that’s an impossible one to answer remotely - most hair colour will “stain” your grey and then you’ll get a regrowth of some kind - there’s also so much to how we see colour…what you think is “blonde…not yellow” won’t be the same as what I see… Perhaps try a gentle colour conditioner…although even they can deposit a lot of tone on grey hair.

    Hello. I'm a level 10 what toner and brand do you suggest for me to get the platinum color like your model, please?

      Hi there. I’m afraid I can’t give out specific, individual toner formula…what you see as “platinum” might not be what I see. That said there are loads of videos (and I mean loads) on here that have formulas for a level 10 - have a scroll through, you’ll find what you’re looking for.
